Crawlii acts as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) for personal data collected through this Website.
This Policy applies to Website visitors, contact submissions, marketing communications, technical usage data, AI Agent conversation logs, voice recordings, MCP Platform integration credentials, and API usage data. Separate data processing agreements govern client service data. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services integrated through MCP Platform.
Crawlii may collect personal data such as name, email, company, phone number (if provided), IP address, browser type, device data, usage logs, and cookies. For AI Agent services: conversation transcripts, voice recordings, call metadata, sentiment analysis data, customer phone numbers, WhatsApp/SMS message content. For MCP Platform: OAuth tokens, API credentials, integration usage logs, credit consumption data, webhook payloads, and application metadata.
Data is processed based on explicit consent, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, or contractual necessity where applicable.
Data is used to respond to inquiries, provide service information, improve Website performance, ensure security, and meet legal requirements. For AI Agent: process customer conversations, train AI models, analyze sentiment, generate analytics, improve voice recognition accuracy. For MCP Platform: authenticate integrations, manage API credentials, monitor usage, enforce rate limits, provide analytics, and ensure service reliability.

Crawlii does not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers under confidentiality or with authorities where legally required. AI Agent conversation data is shared only with authorized client personnel. MCP Platform shares OAuth credentials with integrated third-party services as necessary to provide integration functionality. Voice recordings may be processed by third-party AI/NLP providers under strict data processing agreements.
Reasonable security safeguards are implemented including end-to-end encryption for conversations, encrypted storage for voice recordings, tokenized credential storage for MCP Platform, SOC 2 compliance, regular security audits, and role-based access controls. However, no system is completely secure. Data transmission occurs at your own risk. OAuth tokens are encrypted server-side and never exposed to client applications.
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for stated purposes or legal compliance. AI Agent conversation logs are retained based on client-configured retention policies (default 90 days). Voice recordings can be configured for automatic deletion. MCP Platform credentials are retained while integrations are active and deleted within 30 days of integration removal. Analytics data may be retained longer in aggregated, anonymized form.
You may request access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, or submit grievances regarding personal data processing.
